Nclex good and bad pop up

I did all 265 questions on the NCLEX and thought I completely failed it, I Google'd the PVT, and was hesitant to try it at first but I ended up getting the "good pop up." I was cautiously optimistic at first, but low and behold 48 hours after my test I checked California's Board of Registered Nursing website and saw I passed the test.
